Also, notice which games are disrupting the ambiance of the pace or are causing you financial loss. Okay, yes. Gamers will understand the needs of your clients better. But their gaming prowess doesn’t make them ideal managers as well. Keep in mind that if your staff starts to game during their work hours, your place will go to the dogs.
You can hire gamers to run the place, but you need to be there all the time in order to see that they’re doing their duties and are not gaming during their work hours. You’ll soon learn the ropes by sticking around and taking care of your clients, and if you choose to only occasionally visit your place you will never get a hang of it.
And will soon go out of business, unless you’re exceptionally lucky.

A gaming cafe or an internet cafe is a business that requires far less capital than many other risky options, and promises to give you gorgeous returns if you take care of a few precautions. Which makes gaming cafes profitable.

Provide the right atmosphere, the right location, the right machines, the right games… there’s no reason gamers won’t flock to your doors.
